RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We really do everything that our customers would be satisfied with their purchases from NYMF Fashion. However, if you still feel like returning or exchanging your order for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges for the orders made from www.nymf.ee in 14 days from receiving the goods from us.
Please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and reasons not being satisfied with the product. Depending on the problem we will find the best solution for you whether it’s an exchange or a return. After confirming the solution with you we will send you further instructions how to proceed.
Please note that made-to-measure, custom-made items and gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Your returned item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Any products that are damaged, have missing parts, smell of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.
All the shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility. We strongly recommend trackable shipping service. NYMF Fashion will not take responsibility for returned goods being lost in transit.
After receiving your returns we notify you via email and take 3-5 business days to process your returned item condition. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, we will return money within 14 days as of the receipt of the returned goods.
If the agreed solution was an exchange we will send you the new product after your returned item is approved and as soon as possible. But please know that depending on the product the processing time may vary. We inform you about the processing time of the new item when offering the best solution for you.
